When you use the USDC Bridge, your transactions are recorded on the originating and receiving blockchains. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled, reversed, or changed. Moreover, Circle does not custody your USDC at any part of the process. If USDC is sent incorrectly or becomes inaccessible due to user error, recovery is not possible.
When you use the USDC Bridge, you connect your own wallet and interact directly with blockchain networks. You do not need to create a Circle account, and Circle does not hold or control your funds at any point when you use the USDC Bridge.
Because the USDC Bridge is a non-custodial tool:
Circle does not hold, manage, or safeguard your digital assets. As such, Circle cannot access your wallet or private keys.
Transactions are authorized and completed directly through your wallet. Circle cannot initiate or modify transactions on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming each transaction before it is submitted. Circle cannot stop or reverse a transaction once submitted.
Circle provides the USDC Bridge interface and supporting infrastructure, while you maintain control over your wallet and how your assets are used.
Circle does not control the supporting blockchain networks, nor does Circle have the ability to reverse transactions completed through the USDC Bridge.

By using the USDC Bridge, users agree they are responsible for:

Using supported wallets and blockchains
Understanding that blockchain transactions are final
Accepting the risk of loss if USDC is sent incorrectly
