Once your transaction has initiated, you will be shown the transaction status as it completes.. The status updates in real time and shows whether your bridge is In Progress or Completed.
While your transaction is processing, you’ll see a progress bar showing which step is currently underway: sending USDC from the source chain, verifying the transaction, or delivering USDC to the destination chain. You’ll also see status badges for each step for a more detailed view of your bridge’s progress.
As individual steps complete, links to the relevant blockchain explorers will appear so you can view full transaction details. The bridge provides two transaction links:
One for the burn on the source chain
One for the mint on the destination chain
These links allow you to independently verify both sides of your transaction onchain.
If you leave the transaction status page while your transaction is still in progress, you can find it again by going to the transaction history page, where your transaction will be available to view.
Different blockchains reach transaction finality at different speeds. On source blockchains where finality would typically take longer, the USDC Bridge (powered by Circle CCTP) can use Fast Transfer to complete your end-to-end transfer faster while source blockchain finality is still being confirmed in the background.
Providing this fast, end-to-end experience has different costs depending on the source blockchain.
You will always be able to view the final, all-in fee before confirming your transaction.

Finality happens in two steps: first on the source network, where the burn is confirmed and can no longer be changed; and then on the destination network, where the mint is confirmed and the new USDC is fully finalized.
Settlement finality means a transaction is complete and cannot be changed or reversed.
