The USDC Bridge lets you move your USDC from one blockchain network to another. The USDC Bridge is supported by most wallets and has support for a growing list of blockchains with additional blockchain support to follow.
Insufficient funds or allowance errors are usually caused by your wallet balance or token approvals – not the USDC Bridge.
Before you bridge, confirm that:
You have enough USDC to cover the transfer amount.
You have enough native tokens (such as ETH or SOL) to pay network fees.
You’ve approved the required token allowance in your wallet.
Visit bridge.usdc.com to access the USDC Bridge.
Select Connect wallet to connect your wallet.
Select from the list of supported wallets.
Select the source chain from the list. You will need to have native tokens on this chain to cover the network fees to successfully bridge your USDC.
Approve your wallet connection by confirming the message in your wallet.
Select To to choose the destination chain for your Bridge.
Select a chain where you would like to send your USDC to continue.
Enter the amount of USDC you wish to bridge.
Review the bridge transaction details and select Send.
You must approve the USDC token contract allowance, or spending cap, for the bridge, which is the maximum amount allowed for Circle to access from your wallet. Review the information and select Confirm.
Confirm the transaction request to initiate the bridge transaction.
To reduce the risk of loss of funds:
Double-check the recipient address
Confirm the source and destination blockchains
Verify the amount of USDC you are bridging
Once you select Confirm, the USDC Bridge transaction will proceed and cannot be reversed.
