If your USDC isn’t visible after a USDC Bridge transfer, it may still be processing or your wallet may not be displaying the balance correctly. Choose the situation that matches what you’re seeing.
Most transfers finish within minutes, but some take longer depending on the network.
Confirm the recipient address is correct.
Open the destination transaction and check the status:
Delayed: the transfer is still processing. Check again later.
Complete: continue to the next step.
In your wallet, switch to the destination network and confirm USDC is supported on that network.
Refresh or restart your wallet and check again.
Some wallets do not automatically display every token balance. If your transfer shows Complete, you’ve confirmed the correct destination network, and your wallet still does not show USDC, you may need to manually add the token in your wallet.
If your balance isn’t loading, the network may be experiencing an outage or your wallet’s RPC settings may be misconfigured.
Refresh or restart your wallet.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
If your wallet supports it, switch to a different RPC provider.
Contact Customer Care if the destination transaction is completed but USDC is still not visible after you’ve confirmed the correct network and refreshed your wallet.
